Description: A fabulous Ilias Lalaounis 'Aries' ram ring created in 18k gold with ruby eyes and a small rose cut diamond. The Rams head and horns are masterfully carved and have a down to the smallest textural detail, the shank is made in a patterned and pierced design. This piece screams out quality and design excellence. The Designer ~ Ilias Lalaounis was a pioneer of Greek jewellery and an internationally renowned goldsmith. He is especially known for his collections inspired by Greek history. In 1990 he became the only jeweller ever to be inducted into the Académie des Beaux-Arts. ~Details~ ERA: Retro 1970s. THE GEMS: Two small rubies set as the rams eyes and a small rose cut diamond set between the rams horns. Size 7.5 but with a sizer to keep the ring in place…very easily resizable.
