You can barely see the buckle crease and no obvious signs of wear on the belt or attachments. Other stamped leather numbers on belt accessories are B4W B5CW Based on what I could find on line with the numbers and belt style is this is out of 1970s southern California. I found it at a estate sale in San Diego California. Price is $299 for this police utility combat belt, holster etc . Size is 42 .
