No box or original instructions. Some damage has been done to the accompanying helicopter, the front left drivers door hinge, and two of the four catapult missiles. See pictures. Battery operated lights and sounds are all fully functional. The only missing parts are a few yellow missiles and one of the mounted top corner green colored turret gun barrels. Besides those items. All parts are fully functional still including the catapult cannon, movable helicopter deck, wheels/tires, gun stations, both rotating/hiding deck missile stations, and left/right liftable decks.
