WOODRUFF, MD, of Chatfield, Minnesota *Stamped in blue ink by the filling pharmacy with serial numbers between 112501 and 112550. The OPIUM and CODEINE prescriptions show the fill date 2-15-12 handwritten in black ink. The WHISKEY and BRANDY prescriptions are not dated, but are stamped with serial numbers that fall before or between the two serial numbers on the prescriptions dated February 15, 1912. These antique scrips are framed and ready for wall mount, or display on desk or shelf.
