This copy is a First Edition, First Printing. The front and back flyleaves have an orange silhouette “Gretta” drawing showing a scene from a Hardy Boys story. The front flyleaf’s listing of Hardy Boys books ends with “The Crisscross Shadow”, reflective of the book’s First Printing. The dark green staining of the top page edges is in good condition. The binding is nice. The book contents are quite nice. The dust jacket, original for this copy, is in fair condition, with neatly taped (inside only) tears and some paper loss. It also has a telephone number written on the back inside flap (see photos). This book appears to be unmarked except for a “30” hand written inside the back cover. Points for this copy being a 1st Edition, 1st Printing include these. On the dust jacket, the Price on the flap is 9595 in black, with 100-140 at the bottom. The Hardy Boys series list on the front flap ends at The Crisscross Shadow, while the rear flap has the Ken Holt mystery series, ending with The Phantom Car.
