Description: Vintage Japanese Sakai Takayuki stainless steel chef's Honcho ("Aroruri honcho"?) chef's knife. I am not an expert on Japanese cooking knives, but this one has a hammered, stainless steel blade of about 6" in length (a little over 11" overall), and seems to be of excellent quality.
