Believe it to be a gold plate finish on mixed a metal base. Please see included photos for size. It has not been cleaned or polished. Light wear to gold finish appropriate to age and use. Expansion stretches and returns to size easily. This was from my personal use. Time of life to clean out the jewelry boxes.
